Sunderland Skills and Inclusion Programme (SSIP)
The SSIP is funded from the city’s allocation of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) which is being managed by Sunderland City Council to deliver funds from the UK Government into a range of projects across the city.

We’re one of the longest established and most successful business support organisations in the region – helping people to start and grow businesses right across the North East of England for over 22 years.
The Business Skills programme we offer is bespoke to the learner and the sessions are both practical and accessible, delivering the knowledge needed for today’s constantly changing landscape and challenges. Develop real skills that can be quickly implemented to improve business performance.
We offer non-regulated fully funded sessions focussing on two core areas of development in terms of business skills:
- Digital Marketing – Creating a Strategy, Using Social Media Channels, Measuring Impact
- Business Operations – Sales, Finding Customers, ToNetZero.
